I sprayed my grill (upper and lower) 3 years ago. Satin black.I used a
spray can from Advance auto.Actually two cans. It has held up great!
Wind ,rain sleet or snow,no chips ,scratches.It has,however started to
werar thin in places. I should have used three cans.Plastic gfrills are a
good base for spraying paint.Goodluck with your door handles.Tell us how it
