This is a public note to recognize Ken Wilford, as well as the other List vendors, for their continuing efforts to help all of us keep our ancient vans roadworthy.  In my case recently, Ken was particularly helpful in providing information to solve a problem and track down a parts source, even though it was a situation where he would not receive any business.

Their high level of customer service, including their frequent comments on the List, even when there is only a request for information, is as appreciated as it is refreshing in this era of big box retailers.
