Dear List,

 

Should I be concerned or reassured that my fuel pump is distinctly
audible as it hums (actually, it's not a real him, more of a small,
rapid clattering sound - I cannot find appropriate words) along
constantly?

 

If it is the former ("concerned"),  and the old one is on its way out,
I'll buy a new one now!
