Woody, I recommend buying an automatic... Hey, it's almost Friday! All kidding aside, it could be the pressure plate. Does it feel softer than before (no Viagra jokes please)? It also could be the hydraulics. If you pump the clutch pedal does it return to it's previous location (boy, I really could've given you Frydaye people a line to work with on that one)? Dear List, Please remind of the symptoms of a clutch or cylinder about to go. I have noticed in the last week that my clutch engages sooner than it used to as I release the clutch pedal. Maybe 3 inches off the floor as opposed to 5-6 previously ... What do you advise? Thanks. Woody 83.5 V'gon Haverhill, MA
