hi, the interior is not reimo. nor is the poptop. I have been trying to buy these tops in germany over the last months to no success..... i got no offer under $1000. but let me post some of the links to the manufacturer catalogues: ooooops, i just see that vwpix, who was hosting them, is offline since the beginning of the month.... i have the weinsberg catalogues here so i upload them to my webpage: see it here www.outdoorinsider.blogspot.com the manufacturers website is http://www.weinsberg.com/de/pages/modelle/modelle/modelle.html or just weinsberg.com they are now making vancampers on renault chassis. the van linked in this thread before was converted by carthago, www.carthago.com if i find my carthago catalogues i will publish them. please note that i suspect that vwpix is down due to copyright issues. I may therefore take the post down in a few days. please just download it by clicking on it, so you get a big version, and then right-click and save as. I have been repeatedly toying with the idea of making my own mold for a hightpoptop.... is this completely undoable? have fun flo On 10/22/06, Mike Collum <collum@verizon.net> wrote: > > It looks to me like the opening for the canvas is narrower and that more > metal may have been left on the port and starboard sides of the top.
