Did the prior owner change from steel rims to alloys and forget to remove the wheel bolts?  They stick out about a quarter inch and cause a wobble....and can  be removed with no consequence.

Here goes.
Ever since I bought the car, four years now, I noticed that the car has some kind of wobble when it is going slowly.  When its going fast, I don't notice it so much.  But I know, it's there.
Changed tires twice already.  Even let the air out of the tires to make them only half pumped up, just trying to find where the trouble is.  Change them around.  Changed the suspect wheel's hub, brake drum, CV complete, but none helped.
It feels like it comes from the rear.
So, I wonder if any of you champions may have an idea I could not come up with.
