Hi guys,
A friend of mine would like to join the list and has sent a subscribe message and now is waiting.  He is asking me, how long is the waiting.  Well, I don't know.  The last time I was trying to get back to the list, when I went on vacation, it took me three months of begging.  Now, I don't remember whom I sent messages to.  
I can imagine, it is not an automatic arrangement, but it is a human decision.  
Who is the person to ask now?
