Well, it's not for lack of trying.  For the past ten days of so,
gerry has been timing out when I try to approve subscription
requests.  Tom is aware of the problem and is working on resolution.

Thanks for your patience and let your friends know that while it may
take some time to resolve this, I am saving all the requests and will
process as soon as I can.
