Hi all,

 I know there have been quite a few changes over the
years from 82-88 vanagons, and I'm in the process of
building my 82 into a 1.9l TDi. It's getting
completely stripped down, repainted, and upgraded.

 I have a complete 88 GL parts van, and will be
swapping out all the goodies like the body kit, the
interior (weekender) the brakes, suspension (actually
going to lower it w/ H&R springs and Koni shocks)
 it's gettign 16" mercedes rims, etc etc,

 I'm wondering, other than the obvious, what else
should I take from my 88 and install into my 82?

  I wish the sliding door would work- the 88 works so
much nicer..!
