When I was my van, or drive through heavy rain the van run very bad.  Idle
drops and the van struggles to stay running. Full acceleration (pedal to
the metal) and everything is fine, full power.  For a while, then it runs
bad again, with no power.  This goes on until 'whatever' dries out.

Any ideas?
