Another way to deal with this is to get someone in Europe to help you.  They will charge a fee
(but who doesn't) and they can be the go-between.  I've used Marc Peters a lot ( www.mobylhome.nl/
)& I'd trust Mike Plompen ( http://www.busman.be/ )  They speak German and their English is very
