later model power mirrors have 3 holes, earlier non-power mirrors have 2 holes.  2 of the 3 holes
for power mirrors are the same as the 2 holes for non-power mirrors, same screws.  One will have
to plug the 3rd hole to keep water out.  I just put power mirrors on my non-power mirrored van.

I have several non-power mirrors that for sale, theese have been re-conditioned.
