At least you remain in touch with your "Vanagon side"... ;-P Jeffrey Olson <jjolson@GWTC.NET> wrote: It's warm today in southwest south dakota, so I decided to start the 85 Vanagon I bought a year ago and have let languish for nine months. The battery was dead and I jumped it. It started after a couple revolutions. I drove it for 20 miles on rough roads, revelling in sitting up high and hanging my elbow out the window. I felt so at home. I killed the engine when I got back in the driveway, and when I tried restarting it, nothing. The battery is a goner. Dumb... Man I should get off my butt and put in that 2003 EJ25 Subaru motor with 7000 miles I got. I should build the custom camper interior with all the parts I've collected. I should finish the wiring harness. I should do this, and I should that... I should be grading papers and not dinking around with the vanagon... Jeff Olson Martin, SD
