If nothing else works, I have a simple technique that I have used for years with all manner of stripped fasteners. It ruins them so it's a last resort, but I take a chisel and hammer and put a notch in the side of the bolt or screw head. I then rotate the chisel so it is at an angle to the bolt head and pound away. The chisel digs in but the sideways torque always loosens the bolt before the chisel goes through the bolt head. I have never not been able to loosen a fastener this way, except in those cases when a chisel (or even a short slotted screwdriver) would not fit.
