To get the vent windows off the van just unscrew the two Torx bolts
that hold the glass to the mounts, then the glass just pops out.

And if you don't have a Torx bit, I've even used a small slotted
screwdriver instead of a Torx and have also used a quality (i.e.
genuine) Vice Grip on the tiny edges of the bolt against the glass
(perpendicular to the the glass) but a Vice Grip can bugger up the
bolts if you are not careful.
