It is a Windows Media Video (.wmv) file. It will play on a Mac using
the Flip4Mac Quicktime Plugin, available from
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/wmcomponents.mspx.
It will probably also play on a Mac with Windows Media Player, which
is no longer being developed by Microsoft.

If it won't play on your Windows PC, you may need to update/upgrade
your Windows Media Player program.
