If the 5cyl / 5sp is an Audi with a Vanagon 5sp the hardware would work for
a 2.5l 5cyl diesel.  After the 2.2l motor that Detlev Hanschke put in my
vanagon failed after 1600 miles the hardware was eventually bought by a
fellow named Mike who intended to put a 5cyl diesel in his vanagon.
