I'm a little confounded by my rear wiper motor.  It doesn't work.  When I
test it I'm supposed to get 12 volts for a wipe, then 0 volts for an
interval, then 12 volts again for another wipe.  Correct?  Right now I get 0
volts for a wipe, 5 volts for an interval and repeat....  I replaced the
wiper relay and get the same results.  I guess I have a short somewhere,
right?  Any suggestions on where such a short is likely to be?
