Anyone else have a problem with electronic points in the type 4 motor? My
'80 Vanagon was running great before I installed these points from
Hot-Spark.com, and now it's doing something weird - it idles fine, and revs
fine, but won't idle after revving, just stalls. Every time. If I keep the
RPMs up, it's okay, but let off the gas and poof. If I don't touch the gas
it's great. Timing is on spec.

My gut tells me the CPU doesn't like the signal somehow. And now I'm
noticing that these guys don't have a help line or even a phone number,
which is not a good sign, but we'll see if they respond to my email.

Any suggestions?
