I'll have to put in my two bits for Skype. I've found
the Skype to Skype calls to be very clear, but the Skype
to normal phones less so. They are offering a deal right
now (word of mouth does wonders - how many of you people
will sign up because of this email I'm writing?) where
you get a _year_ of long distance within North America for ~$15.
You can call any phone in NA, provided you make the outbound
call from your Skype account.

That's a no brainer value, as far as I'm concerned.
