I'll call Vanagons buses, but not Eurovans. I draw the line at front engined vehicles. Those are mini-vans (ala Chrysler's nomenclature). Vanagons are rear-engined. And even if you want to put the distinction on air cooled, the first few years of Vanagons were air cooled.
