are you asking us?     seemingly from his posting it appears that he was
trying to squeeze bob into giving some sort of financial restitution for damage
caused by driver error, which wasnt bobs fault.
thats my take on it..

warranties dont usually apply to consumer abuse or neglect, which happened in
this case.
