If he let go of his own car, I wonder how many others he still has
laying around?  There is NO car on the face of God's green earth with
anywhere near the pure sex appeal that an AC Cobra has, not even my
Vanagon(RVC).  I got to see a trailered in 289 Cobra compete at an
autocross in Ankeny, Iowa back in the early 70's.  I can still smell
that exhaust!!

There was a 1966 427 Cobra on ebay some time ago.  Fully refurbished,
and the bidding started at $600k and that didn't meet the
reserve.  The car got no bids, but had like 4000 hits.  It was in
Long Island NY somewhere.  Someone told me Bill Cosby owns the last
427 ever built, or at least he used to.
