The van connection for me is that I've run the Colorado with these activist
friends through Cataract Canyon from Moab, out at Hite, when you could
actually do that, and much of my van-time is all over that area. Good
people, good cause, hard work, uphill all the way.

Did you know (you even wanna know?) that the almost 1 million acre-feet of
water that evaporates off the surface of Lake Powell is what grows the corn
in Nebraska?
