Hi Karl,

With a big screwdriver and a wrench to turn it I think you could open
any vanagon gas tank. Or door lock, or ignition.

The lock isn't going to stop someone who's determined and willing to
use force to get your gas.

What it will do, is deflect the interest of someone who wants your
gas but has no screwdriver handy.
