Does anyone have a black cap that fits over the hub of the windshield wiper? It covers a nut that holds the wiper blade on.  Mine popped off when my wipers went haywire the other day.  I was driving down the road and I guess that ice had forced its way into the right wiper blade hub there and somehow popped this cap off, the wiper was hanging down on the front end.  I got it tightened back up but I couldnt find the cap.
