Arlene,
Since I have the socket wrench to take the steering wheel off, this is an
easy and straightforward fix; I use light bicycle grease on the horn ring
and the scraping goes away. Seems to occur maybe every 3-4 years when the
"lube" wears off, but depends on how much I use the van.
