Green coolant can be phosphate free.

As has been discussed here numerous times, the color of the coolant is
not necessarily a correct indicator of its contents.  For several years,
the house brand coolant from Advanced Auto was both green and phosphate
free.  It was what I used.  Other variant examples have been noted also.
