Thanks all for their advice and comments, everyone, it helps to know you've
got other folks in your corner when your rig is a @#$%^. I can't believe the
hours I put into this thing to get it running again, very strange problems,
due to three new parts that didn't work: electronic points faulty, rebuilt
distributor misaligned, and new distributor cap shorting out or leaking or
something. What ever happened to quality control, people?

And now it drops to idle very slowly when you let off the gas, but it has a
lot more power so I guess that's the trade off. Still thinking of bringing
out the RPG, though.
