Jeff, I just called and found out that YES, they  are available but the price
is ---- are you ready ---- $5102.99 Canadian  loonies.   Now why VW would try
to sell the 1.9s for way more money  that the 2.1s is way beyond me.  Might
as well put the 2.1 engine in there.
