For those with windows machines ... I had Quick Time player version 6.5. I could only get audio from Neil's movie. When I checked for updates there weren't any. I went to Quick Time's site and found that a newer version of the player is available (7.1.3) so I downloaded and installed that and I can now view Neil's movie. Mike
