Well, after replacing the seals on the heater box and getting it
reinstalled, pipes put back in place, and the dash back on I drove to work
this morning and realized very little air was coming out the floor and
defrost vents. This was peculiar since the air flow was fine before the dash
went on. I parked the van and kicked on the fan and could tell a lot of air
was moving into the box from the front grill, but where was it going?
Opening the passenger door I got my answer as lots of air was making it back
to the cabin, but even with the control for this set to closed I am still
getting little to no air in the floor or defrost. Any suggestions? I fear a
valve isn't closing or opening properly and that removing the dash AGAIN is
in my future.
