FWIW, the following are the qualifications of Becket Cantrell, who
numerous posts on relay systems for batteries I uploaded to the Vanagon
AT yahoogroups files section yesterday.

I'm a double E [Electrical Engineer] with over 23 years of experience
with all things electrical, . . . and work for a company called Exide.
We design and make all sorts of batteries, along with a lot of other
nifty electrical gadgets. We also make our own version of the Optima,
called the Orbital. Nice battery, partially my baby.
