This is all to true.   Tons of engineering goes into balancing
a vehicle braking front to rear.  Weight is very important also.
In the Golf/Jetta line there is a mechanical proportioning valve
that adjusts pressure to the rear brakes depending on the load.
     Messing with this taking your life in your hands.
