Am rebuilding/upgrading flap housing with new motor and heater core.
So while I'm in there.............

Can I replace front fan switch/resistors with a potentiometer?

Is there a large enough one made to handle the load?

IMHO, if replacement of "resistor" was ever needed, a surface mounted
pot would be easier to deal with.

IIRC, a lister did this, but couldn't find info in archives.
