Blake, remove them! now! After removal check for dirt in between the CV and the tranny and on the wheel side. I think one is not sitting properly. I say NOW because i had a bad eperience with one not properly installed, it basicaly expoded on the tranny side. If no dirt in between, it take only a few miles so they come kind a smooth and loose so check if they are as tight as before. Also, if they are clean, moving smooth (CV movement), swap them: http://www.benplace.com/cv_joint_swap.htm Something is wrong, good CV don'T make vibration or noise. Still, i have my doubts on those 1 piece drive axle EMPI... I prefer LOBRO or some German one. Those cheap one sell for as cheap as 20+$ at CIP1, i had them on my 79 (only on 1 side), a month later.......pffffff, men, you should have seen the "play" they had.
