Can be many things. Check the ground connection above the fuse box. Better
yet, make another ground point for each light right at the mountings.

My low beams blink off when I hit hard bumps, and sometimes don't
come on initially for a few seconds.  Any help wopuld be welcomed.
I replaced the ignition switch thingy due to headlight problems
recently.
