I'm interested in the quick shift kit from Van-Caf�.  I mentioned this to my
mechanic and he got all huffy and said that the syncros could not work fast
enough and I would do damage.  I don't want to drag race, just have less
throw and occasionally get on it a bit.  Is he all wet, or is there an
issue?  Maybe some other issue?

Also, is this kit reversable?
