I'm going to install mine this weekend.  There are 3 wires that have to
be changed in order to complete the installation.  The starter comes
with an eyelet piece to connect to the alternator wire and a new female
spade terminal to connect to both of the other small wires.  There is
yet one last piece that is in this kit that i can't figure out what to
do with.  It has a small cone-shaped white plastic piece that connects
to a longer thin metal cylinder at the tip of the cone.

Can anybody tell me what this piece is for???
