A Weekender will seat seven with the addition of one rear-facing seat from a MultiVan and still leave the table operable. There is a beautiful Weekender on the Westfalia.org Classified page right now at a reasonable price. Though a member, I never go there any more because of 'Captain Mike'. He's at it again on the front page about how a Subaru transplant will ruin your Vanagon and your life, too! It would be funny if it weren't so sad. He really spreads a lot of misinformation and fear as moderator of the Forums there. But the Classifieds are often interesting. http://www.classifiedadzs.com/showproduct.php?product=293&cat=4 Jake On 4/9/07, Kim Brennan <kimbrennan@mac.com> wrote: > > While Dennis and Chris have weighed in with reasons for not getting a > Vanagon, but if you are insistent...... > > Your best choice would likely be the "Weekender Westfalia camper." > This is a poptop camper, but does not have the sink and fridge.
