Anyone have a diagram for wiring dual horns with two terminals each
horn? I did what I thought was correct but clearly I am missing
something.

Relay is is wired:
--- switched/ignition on power wired to #30
---one inside and one outside horn terminal wired to #87
---one outside and one inside horn terminal wired to ground
---two VW horn leads to #85 & #86

Horns bolt to bracket which is painted and probably not grounded. 87
Syncro.
