Subject:Another unexplained power loss, but help not needed!
From:Michael Elliott

Greg has a much bigger problem than I do. Everyone who has a clue help
him. I'm just adding to the background chatter here.

My unexplained power loss falls into the category of "what the heck was
that?". A few months ago I was cruising up California's Hwy 1* when
Mellow Yellow's engine just stopped. A few seconds later it started
again. I have no idea what happened. Ever since, I have been
figuratively looking over my shoulder, waiting for it to happen, and
wondering what it might turn out to be.

*I have the impression that there is a Hwy 1 along the US east coast,
too. I rode a bicycle from Charleston SC to Norfolk VA with a former
Duke University dean. We stuck to the backroads wherever possible, got
on Hwy 17 when we needed to, but I never saw a Hwy 1. Is the east coast
Hwy 1 a fig newton of my imagination?
