ayup. The List Maker (hollowed be his name) still Lives, and Thrives, yea, even though the Winter lingers and biteth at his ass (hollowed be his ass), and nibbleth at his toes (hollowed be his toes)!!! and the Question was put to The List Maker: oh, Exalted One, Maker of the List, Ruler of the Past and Righteous Admins, Programmer of The Original Listserver, and Driver of Yet Still Another Bus, how may we pronounce The Name??? and The List Maker spaketh thusly: "Sorry to disappoint you but My given name IS Gerald. As a child I had long gone by informal, ' Gerry'. When i was in 2nd grade or so I asked my mom how to spell Gerry -- with a 'G' or a 'J'. She told me it was my name and I could spell it how I liked. My opinion was that it would be wrong to change the first initial so I chose 'G'. It's still pronounced the same, 'Jerry' or 'Gerry'." so there you have it, folks. soft-gees all around. the Official Word from The Horses Mouth. :) unca joel (awright. so i was wrong. just this once!). ;) and yes, i know the diff between hollow and hallow! :) if it ain't Phryedaye, it arta be.
