Benny- I noticed in the diagrams that the small piece of hose attached to the fuel injector does not appear to have a hose clamp on it, just that metal ring. But- the metal ring doesn't appear to "clamp" the hose to the injector. Your repair shows a hose clamp *and* the ring installed on the injector. What gives? Is the metal ring doing anything? -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of Benny boy Sent: Sunday, April 15, 2007 9:06 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: Fuel hose diagram I have work pretty hard on that section, i'm sure it can help you, i hope. http://www.benplace.com/fuel_line.htm Cheers, Ben -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am fixing to replace all the hoses in the engine compartment on my 1987 Wolfburg. Does any one have access to the diagrams for the fuel hoses? the Bentley leaves a lot to be desired in this respect. Any information would be appreciated. Chris Snyder </HTML>
