Anybody here have connections with this outfit? Paid for my
replacement skylight March 4, they wrote and said they didn't have the
one I ordered, but could send me an alternate and seal for my trouble.
I said "do it" and still no new skylight. Their phone number from
their site is disconnected and they have failed to reply to three
email requests... I've already paid them...

Just curious if they're okay? Anybody know them?

Kinda tired of my roof leaking and it has been raining a lot here this
spring. Should I cancel my order through my credit card company?
Thoughts?
