Conversation: Nice trip/nice guy

Vanites,

Went up to Dunsmuir in Northern California a week or so ago to see some
waterfalls.

Good  time and all that but

On the way up camped at a RV place just outside Vacaville. Pulled in late
right next to a very large diesel pusher pulling the cleanest VW bus I ever
saw.

Next day Rich came over we got to talking. Not only clean bus but Porsche
powered and he's just stuck a G50 tranny in it cause it kept twisting main
shafts in the other transmissions. He said it was because of the weight he
was pulling but I think he was drag racing!

Nice guy and a very nice bus...of course it wasn't a syncro, poor guy.
