Ok, so I am assuming the Temp II sensor is fried after the engine
fire, and I am going to replace it.

Now for the dumb question part - I can't find one on Bus Depot or at
AutoZone - all I can find is a Cylinder Head Temperature Sensor.  Are
they the same thing?  The Bentley diagram makes them look kinda
similar, but want to be sure.
