You know, that is not a half bad idea, actually.  There are several
Publish on Demand places out there, too, to make it printable with no
cost up front.  Lulu.com is one of them that I know pretty well.  Get
a book into a good Adobe .pdf format, and they can print it.  Not
sure I could contribute a whole lot yet, but I do have InDesign to
lay it out with.  Probably a pipe dream, but a good idea none the less.
