Well after all these years I have come to a
first. I have three seat belts drivers and rear
three-point that are retracted all the way.

Is there any hope to ever get the belts to pull
back out ? Some secret trick?
The housing is held together with special screws,
like Phillips but with 3 -points instead of 4.

I sold one on ebay and I'll have to refund the
payment if I can' t get the belt back out.

The lesson here is to duct tape the base where
the strap rewinds to before removing the seat
belt from the vehicle.
