Fixed!  Using the bentley and the help from the list I was able to
backtrace the blue wire from G4 on the fuse box to the broken piece.  A
butt connector fixed it.

Simple to fix, hard to find.   Now I have to find and fix the 'engine
death on bumpy roads' issue.
